Inclusive PE Class (SEN)
This class is all about fun activities to help build up your strength, balance and aerobic fitness. Most exercises are performed stood up with some adapted activites allowing for seated or lying down movements. This is an inclusive course for individuals who have specific requirements.
About this Course
A great fitness, strength and balance 45 min class for children and young adults with special requirements, a mix of activities to help improve strength, stamina, balance and mobility. (course of 4 classes)
Please feel free to contact us prior to booking to see if this class is suitable for your needs. This class is restricted to 6 students to encourage increased interaction.
You will need:
- Space to move around in.
- Suitable clothing
Using EasyActive8 is simple
- Select the start date of your course
- We will then send a booking confirmation email (make sure you check your spam file)
- Download the ZOOM app from your App Store or Google Play Store and set up your account following the easy steps outlined within the app (we can help you with this if required, just call 01328 560250 for support).
- Prior to your class, an invite to a ZOOM conference meeting will be sent
- Login on the day using your unique code

What is PE?
Our PE (Physical Education) takes inspiration from a range of activities just like the ones completed at school. The aim is to strengthen the body and improve general fitness and balance. PE activities can include aerobic exercise, balance tasks and will include some fun and games.
Who is our PE classes for?
Our PE classes have something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes. The apparatus can be used to provide support for beginners and people with certain medical conditions, as well as resistance for people looking to challenge their body.
